We have used Storage Max for a total of 5 or 6 years, on two separate occasions. During that time we have never encountered a problem of any sort.
We chose this facility because of the construction and building products which were used and also onsite caretaking
The care and effort put in by Roy and Linda is nothing short of extraordinary! Having on site management, we never have to worry about the security of the contents of our shed. The cleanliness within the property is a credit to them.
The personal contact given by Roy and Linda makes us feel as though we are almost part of their family.
You don’t get that level of commitment from the multi nationals
I am writing to give comment and information on Storage Max. This is a storage facility that both my
husband and I have rented for some time, not only for personal use but also for excess fixtures and
fittings for our Shop Fitting business on the Gold Coast.We found our experience dealing with Linda and Roy very satisfying. They are most polite, friendly
and very professional couple to deal with.Linda is in charge of the office and makes sure all the invoicing and paperwork is correct, while Roy
maintains the grounds in and around the storage area and making certain that the units are kept in
pristine condition.Storage Max is a credit to both Linda and Roy and they should both be very proud of an
exceptionally well run and maintained business.
